KATHAK

Kathak is one of India’s major classical dance forms, traditionally associated with North India. It beautifully combines rhythmic footwork, graceful spins, hand gestures, facial expressions, and storytelling. The dance is especially known for its intricate rhythms, fast footwork, and energetic turns. Kathak allows dancers to express emotions and stories through movement while developing rhythm, coordination, balance, and confidence. It is a wonderful way to experience India’s rich artistic and cultural heritage.
